Centro Ippico Pompei Horse Club is an F.I.S.E affiliated center dedicated to English riding with a particular vocation for the Olympic discipline of Show Jumping. It was founded in 1991 by a group of parents and riding enthusiasts including Mr. Gaetano Palomba and their desire to have their children grow and mature within a healthy environment; to create a meeting place and a community that would promote equestrian culture. They exceeded their expectations and goals, thanks to hard sports training and serious and constant commitment. Several of the center's students have succeeded in achieving brilliant competitive results over the years, including: victories in regional championships, podium finishes in Italian championships, podium finishes in the Championships for Companies at Piazza di Siena, podium finishes at Fieracavalli Verona in the pony cup of regions, victory in the first stage of the Italian Champion's tour, and victory at the World Pony Show Jumping Championships 2023 in La motte France. The uniqueness of this club is that despite the high competitive level of the boys who have made the history of the center (some of whom are part of the current staff), the spirit of group and fraternal friendship has always dominated among them. The day-to-day running of the riding school is thus the result of an ancient and deep passion for a wonderful animal. The boys who make up the staff, though young, have worked hard and traveled around Europe to pursue their dream of learning this difficult but fabulous trade.
